The GYF ERP Solutions Team leverages its domain-specific vertical expertise and knowledge to implement, customize, integrate, and extend NetSuite cloud solutions. Our consultants utilize their backgrounds in project management, accounting and information technology to help clients choose and build solutions to meet their needs.

Our Story

Based in Pittsburgh, our GYF ERP Solutions team is comprised of consultants with decades of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), accounting and business process improvements.

Since its inception, the GYF ERP Solutions Group (formerly known as the Technology Services Group) has helped mid-market companies realize the business benefits of implementing end-to-end ERP applications.

In 2014, we became a NetSuite Solutions Provider partner and since then have proudly supported our clients from the first NetSuite demonstration through post-implementation support.  

Created a Pittsburgh NetSuite User Group, which meets quarterly to allow users to exchange ideas and best practices.

Introduced ERP and Accounting 911, to provide on-demand NetSuite administration services and day-to-day accounting support designed to address staffing shortages and needs for outsourced assistance.

Our Team

Jeff Ford

PARTNER

Jeff serves as the Partner overseeing the GYF ERP Solutions Group. Over the span of his 30+ year career, Jeff has focused on providing accounting, auditing and consulting services to privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. 

Jeff frequently speaks at seminars and business association meetings and has written and instructed classes regarding the impact of information technology on accounting controls and audit risks. He serves as the North American Audit Practice Chair for Geneva Group International (GGI), an international organization of independent accounting, law and consulting firms with over 500 members, including nearly 100 in North America. 

Jeff is also on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Pittsburgh Chapter and is a member of the Advisory Board for a sporting goods company.

A member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA/PICPA), Jeff participates in the AICPA Management Consulting Services Division and previously served as the Chair of the PICPA Professional Ethics Committee. He currently serves as an elected member on the AICPA Council, the organization’s governing body. He also holds officer positions on the Boards of Directors of several local tax-exempt organizations.

Prior to joining the Pittsburgh office of an international accounting and consulting firm, Jeff earned a B.S. in Accounting from Duquesne University in 1983 and an MBA, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984. He was one of three partners who founded GYF in 1990.

Jeff resides in Westmoreland County with his wife, Beth. They have two adult daughters.

Angie McCoy

Director

As Director of the GYF ERP Solutions Group, Angie leads the efforts to help clients choose and implement a best-fit ERP/Financial software solution. 

Her ability to interpret a wide range of complex business processes and her extensive knowledge of ERP/Financials is the winning combination needed to provide exceptional insight into improving clients’ business processes and software-driven workflow requirements.

Angie joined Grossman Yanak & Ford with more than 15 years of experience in distribution and logistics software and related technology. Her career began soon after she graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Psychology focused in Industrial Business Management when she joined a software company focusing on ERP/Financial software. Angie was committed to both business development and client satisfaction through varying roles including Client Trainer, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Sales Support and, ultimately, Director of R&D and world-wide support. Through these experiences Angie developed the critical skills necessary to understand the unique requirements of various industries.

Following those 15 years in the business community, Angie took time away from the outside workforce to be a stay-at-home mom to her two sons. During this time, Angie founded and operated the Mighty Penguins Sled Hockey Organization, the area’s first non-profit adapted ice hockey program for individuals with disabilities. In this capacity, she defined the mission and charter of the organization, secured non-profit status and developed relationships with Pittsburgh’s top corporations to raise community awareness of the importance sports can have on individuals with disabilities. She has seen firsthand the impact sports can have on building self-esteem and confidence in individuals with disabilities. In 2014, her son, Daniel, who was born with significant disabilities, won a gold medal in sled hockey at the Sochi Paralympic Games.

Angie lives in Indiana Township with her husband, Mark. Her oldest son, Andrew, is a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. Her son, Daniel, is a personal trainer who advocates for individuals with disabilities. He is currently enrolled in the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health and Rehabilitation Science Master’s program concentrating on wellness & human performance.

Jordan Curry

SENIOR MANAGER

Jordan combines his accounting background and technology expertise to serve the clients of the GYF ERP Solutions Group, with a focus on providing support for technology/software implementations.

In this role, his primary responsibilities include working directly with clients to improve business processes, training users on their ERP systems, and helping them to maximize their technology investments. Jordan has experience working within NetSuite in the following areas: reporting/saved searches, custom workflows, fixed assets, procure to pay, order to cash, and revenue recognition.  Jordan is an Oracle NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Certified Administrator, and Certified SuiteFoundation. 

Before joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in 2017, he had experience with NetSuite from a user’s perspective, primarily from Controller/Accounting roles. Jordan has worked with light manufacturing, distribution, non-profit, and service-oriented businesses.

Jordan graduated from Geneva College in 2013 with a B.S. in Finance, then later returned to Geneva in 2016 to earn a B.S. in Accounting.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing basketball, working out, hunting, and spending time with his family. He lives in Beaver with his wife, Alexa, and their four children Isla, Samuel, Elsie, and Sophie.

Jim O'Mara, CPA

Senior Manager

Jim combines his accounting background and technology experience to serve the clients of the GYF ERP Solutions Group, with a focus on providing support for technology/software implementations.

In this role, his primary responsibilities include working directly with clients to improve businesses processes, training users on their ERP systems, and helping organizations to maximize their technology investments.

Each NetSuite implementation can be customized to utilize the modules and other features to meet the needs of the individual client. Jim has experience implementing NetSuite systems and working with industry-specific functionality, including project management, reporting/saved searches, procure to pay, and order to cash.

Prior to joining Grossman Yanak & Ford in 2018, Jim worked in professional services at an international public accounting firm, and at Fortune 500 companies in the Pittsburgh area within the manufacturing and pharmaceuticals industries. Jim brings a cross-functional background stemming from his experience in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Management Consulting, Systems Implementations, and Process Improvement.

Jim earned his B.S. in Business Administration, with dual degrees in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems, from Duquesne University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys playing golf, running, listening to music, and spending time with his family. He lives in Wexford with his wife, Gabrielle, son, Brady and daughter, Giuliana.

Emily Dawes, CPA

Manager

Emily utilizes her background in accounting and business management to serve clients of the GYF ERP Solutions group, with a focus on providing support for technology/software implementations. 

 

In this role, her primary responsibilities include working directly with clients to improve business processes, training users on their ERP systems, and helping to maximize their technology investments. Emily has experience across many areas of NetSuite, including nonprofits, wholesale distribution, light manufacturing, specific features such as Advanced Revenue Management. 

Emily began her career with Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in 2019 as a summer intern and joined the firm’s ERP Solutions Group on a full-time-basis in July 2020. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grove City College in May 2020, earning a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Business Management.  Prior to joining GYF, Emily also had experience performing auditing and attest services and working in development services at a nonprofit.  

Emily is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Pennsylvania.  She is also a NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator,  NetSuite Certified SuiteAnalytics User, and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundations User.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, particularly cooking at home, and exploring new restaurants with her husband.  She is an active member of her church, where she serves as a community group leader, and enjoys spending her other free time doing anything that involves music or a long walk/run. 

Mark Kreminski

Manager, NetSuite Support

Mark has over 25 years of experience in software engineering, development, architecture and consulting, including 15 years of expertise with NetSuite ERP solutions. His expertise includes problem-solving, defining client and project requirements, designing and implementing custom solutions and providing support to organizations in various industries with locations throughout the world.

Prior to joining GYF in 2024, Mark helped manage the business systems, including NetSuite ERP, for a technology company. In his role with the GYF ERP Solutions Group, he will utilize this experience as a user and administrator to help organizations maximize the benefits of their technology investments to automate business processes, increase efficiency, develop custom solutions. Additionally, Mark will oversee and manage internal support and development to help the GYF ERP Solutions Group to better serve clients. 

Mark began his career in consulting and moved on to work for several large international companies. He has experience working with and supporting global users, gathering requirements, and designing both simple and complex custom solutions. Mark has been working with NetSuite since 2008, and his experience includes roles as an architect, developer and administrator, as well as a user of the system. As an early adopter of NetSuite, Mark has grown with and experienced the development and maturation of the platform.

Mark graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1997 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He continues to seek out learning opportunities to better utilize and maximize the benefits of the NetSuite ERP solution by actively participating in user groups, NetSuite-sponsored events and learning labs, attending and presenting at SuiteWorld, and connecting with other NetSuite users, developers and administrators. He currently serves in a leadership role as the Technical Director for the Pittsburgh NetSuite User Group.

While not at work Mark enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and 3D printing. He lives with his wife, Christa, and daughter, Gwnedolyn, in Springdale.

Stephens Edge

SENIOR Consultant

Stephens utilizes his background in accounting and information systems to serve the clients of the ERP Solutions Group, with a focus on providing support for technology/software implementations.

As an ERP Senior Consultant, his primary responsibilities include working directly with clients to improve businesses processes, training users on their ERP systems, and helping our clients to maximize their technology investments. Stephens has experience implementing NetSuite and working within industry-specific functionality, including project management, contract renewals, dunning, and commissions.

Stephens began his career at Grossman Yanak and Ford LLP in September 2018. Before starting at GYF, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Duquesne University in May of 2017, and his master’s degree in Accounting Information Systems from California State University – Los Angeles in August 2018.  Stephens is certified in Oracle NetSuite SuiteFoundation.

Stephens is currently working toward successful completion of all sections of the CPA Exam and anticipates achievement of this milestone in the near future.

Outside of work, Stephens enjoys relaxing with his family and friends, traveling, cooking and watching college football.

Chris Johns, CPA

Senior Consultant

Chris draws upon his expertise as a user of accounting systems to assist the clients he serves as a senior consultant in the ERP Solutions Group.  In this role, he focuses on providing support for technology/software implementations and helping clients to optimize their technology investments.

Because Chris assisted with a system implementation from the client side of the process in a previous job, he is better able to understand and address clients’ needs and challenges. His primary responsibilities include working directly with management to improve business processes and training new users on their ERP systems.

Chris joined Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in 2022, bringing more than four years of accounting and technology experience in the banking and financial services industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Pennsylvania. Chris is also an Oracle NetSuite Certified Administrator and Certified SuiteFoundation

A Geneva College graduate, Chris earned a B.S. in Accounting as well as a B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance. He also played four years of football at Geneva College. 

When he is not busy assisting clients, Chris likes to stay active by hunting, fishing, lifting weights, and cooking. He and his wife, Naomi, and their daughter, Maeve, live in Munhall and enjoy walking their dog, Chica, around the Waterfront.

 

Joe Karlovits, CPA

Senior Consultant

Joe applies his 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting to his role as a senior consultant in the ERP Solutions Group. With a background in public accounting as well as working for private companies and not-for-profit organizations, Joe has a wide range of knowledge and expertise that he brings to serve GYF ERP clients.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Robert Morris, Joe began his career in a regional public accounting firm in the Washington, D.C. area. He gained experience in both financial statement services and tax work before transferring his expertise to private industry, working for a commercial real estate developer in Pittsburgh. Joe then returned to public accounting, taking a role with a large international firm where he gained expertise with publicly traded companies to complement his previous experience. 

His broad range of skills were further expanded when he moved into a controller position with a domestic subsidiary of business with international ownership. Next he worked in a small start-up business, and as a consultant for outsourced accounting services before shifting to roles in the non-profit sector. Joe served as the Director of Finance for Pittsburgh’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, gaining exposure to responsibilities in the areas of operations, human resources and IT as well as finance.

Throughout the course of his career, Joe has learned how many different types of organizations work, and has utilized a variety of technology systems. His current role with GYF ERP Solutions Group allows him to draw upon these experiences to understand and recognize the issues experienced by our clients. Joe uses his problem solving skills and aptitude for IT to apply technology solutions to improve business processes and increase efficiency.

Joe’s quest for new knowledge and experiences is not confined to work. He loves to travel with his wife, Kaitlyn, daughter, Wren, and extended family. He also enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors running, skiing, fishing and golfing.

Danielle Pistorius, CISA

SENIOR Consultant

Danielle combines her accounting background and her information systems expertise to serve clients of the GYF ERP Solutions Group, with a focus on providing support for technology/software implementations.

In this role, her primary responsibilities include working directly with clients to improve business processes, training users on their ERP systems, and helping to maximize their technology investments. Danielle has experience in NetSuite ERP/Financials, including Estimates, Commissions, Contract Renewals, and industry-specific SuiteSuccess. She focuses on delivering and maintaining quality and exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in February 2018, Danielle performed financial statement audits, third-party assurance assessments, business process analysis, and system pre-implementation risk and controls reviews, specializing in the financial service industry. She brings three years of IT audit and risk assurance experience with an international public accounting firm to the ERP Solutions group.

Danielle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University Honors College in May 2015, earning her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with dual degrees in Accounting and Information Systems. Danielle is also a licensed Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys baking, golfing, yoga, and spending time with family and her husband, Michael, and their sons, Charlie and Michael.

Steve Spokane

Senior Consultant

Steve utilizes his finance and accounting background along with his technology expertise to serve the clients of the GYF ERP Solutions Group. As a Consultant, Steve supports clients with their technology/software implementations.

Steve works directly with organizations to improve business processes, training users to become proficient with their ERP systems, and helping clients to maximize their technology investments.

Prior to joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in 2020, Steve spent seven years serving in corporate accounting for the financial services industry. In his most recent Controller role, he focused on creating efficiencies and providing financial insights by aggregating data from multiple systems and departments and managed a NetSuite ERP implementation for the organization. This experience from a user’s perspective allows him to better understand and address client needs.  Steve is an Oracle NetSuite Certified Administrator and Certified SuiteFoundation.

Steve graduated from the University of Akron in 2014 with a B.S. in Accounting.  

Outside of work, Steve enjoys golfing, creating pottery, and supporting Pittsburgh’s sports teams. A native of Plum, he currently resides in Pittsburgh.

 

Gabe Spurlock, CPA

Gabe utilizes his past experience helping clients to optimize their accounting software in his role as an ERP senior consultant.  He provides client support for technology/software implementations and works directly with organizations to review and adapt processes and train users to become proficient with their ERP systems to maximize their technology investments.

Gabe guides clients to look beyond the functionality of the software to focus on improving and streamlining their business processes in order to use the technology as a tool.

Gabe joined Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in September 2022, bringing more than two years of experience in public accounting and working to assist clients with accounting software. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania. Gabe is a NetSuite Certified Administrator and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation.

An alumnus of Duquesne University, Gabe earned both is Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the institution. He was also a member of the Dukes football team.

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys watching and cheering for Pittsburgh professional sports teams, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family. He lives on the Northside with his fiancée, Mikayla.

Patrick Yohe

Senior Consultant

Patrick provides support for technology/software implementations for clients of GYF’s ERP Solutions Group. He utilizes his academic background in business information systems and supply chain management to help clients improve their business processes and to utilize technology to increase efficiency and profitability.  He also has experience working with SuiteScript and NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Development Framework to deliver sustainable and scalable customizations for clients.  

Patrick works directly with organizations to review and adapt processes and train users to become proficient with their ERP systems to maximize their technology investments. 

Patrick joined Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP in May 2021, following his graduation from the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. Patrick is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, certified NetSuite SuiteFoundation and is working towards being a certified NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys cooking, relaxing with friends, traveling, and listening to music

Aaron Brown

Consultant

Aaron joined GYF’s ERP Solutions Group in 2023. In his role as an ERP consultant, Aaron provides client support for technology/software implementations, working directly with organizations to review and adapt processes and train users to become proficient with their ERP systems in order to maximize their technology investments.,

Aaron earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology and Supply Chain Management from Duquesne University.  Aaron utilizes his academic background to help clients improve their business processes and to utilize technology to increase efficiency and profitability.  He is an Oracle NetSuite Certified Administrator and Certified SuiteFoundation and also proficient in SuiteScript and workflow development.

When he is not busy helping clients with their technology needs, Aaron enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also likes stay active by playing soccer, running, and golfing.

Dawson Dimitroff

Consultant

Dawson utilizes his academic background in accounting and information systems to support client implementations of the Oracle NetSuite ERP Solution. In his role as a Consultant with the ERP Solutions Group, Dawson assists clients with process improvements, system customizations and user training.

Dawson graduated from Duquesne University with a dual-major Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems & Technology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics from Spring Hill College. He plans to earn his CPA license after completing his MBA.

Prior to joining GYF in 2024, Dawson gained experience in various aspects of accounting through several internships, including a corporate accounting role at a natural gas company. He also gained expertise in both tax and accounting at a large public accounting firm.

In his free time, Dawson enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in outdoor activities like golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also expresses his musical talent by playing the guitar and drums.  

Rhonda Rothert

Client Relationship Manager

Rhonda has over 30 years of experience administratively with software, technology and customer service.  Over the course of her career, she has been committed to customer satisfaction by maintaining a close relationship with her clients.

As Client Relationship Manager of the GYF ERP Solutions Group for more than 15 years, Rhonda works with her clients on their maintenance and support issues, any product questions and pricing, and general communications on software and services.  Her dedication to customer service fosters great working relationships that have presented the GYF ERP Solutions Group with many opportunities to do business.

Prior to joining Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP, Rhonda worked for a French-owned software company where she was an Administrator in the Human Resource Department. While there, she managed all internal and external communications along with bureaucratic operations. These operations were vital to the proper functioning of the company and allowed for effective business relations.

In addition, she also worked for Bender Consulting Services, Inc. a consulting firm that placed people with disabilities in competitive career opportunities in the public and private sector. While there, she conducted interviews for possible hiring, screened candidates and worked alongside the hiring staff in an effort to grow the company.  Being the sole employee conducting initial interviews, Rhonda was a valuable asset to the company and set the stage for further company growth.

Rhonda lives in O’Hara Township with her husband Mark. She has three adult sons: Travis, Troy, and Trent, and one grandson, Luca.
